
Ginny Ryan Perkins

​Ginny Ryan Perkins is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who hold two Master’s degrees, one in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a second in Theology from the University of Notre Dame.
​
Ginny did her clinical internship at St. John’s Medical Center on the inpatient behavioral health unit. She then worked for 12&12, as a substance abuse counselor. Ginny spent five years at the Tristesse Grief Center and helped hundreds of individuals, couples, and families with a diversity of losses including infant loss, child loss, partner loss, parent loss, sibling loss, and traumatic loss such as death by suicide or homicide.

In 2011, Ginny began working for the Center for Counseling and Education, a pastoral counseling center. She completed a 300-hour certification in pastoral counseling through American Association of Pastoral Counselors.
In March 2014, Ginny started her private practice at her current location. She is trained in EMDR trauma therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
